Monthly Board Meetings
All of the Board meetings are open to any Association member who wishes to attend.Meetings are generally held on the 3rd Thursday of each month, unless noted, from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM using a Zoom Session except the Annual Meetings. If you wish to attend please click on "Board Meetings" in menu above to view the Zoom details. Meeting dates in 2023 are Jan. 19th, Feb. 16th, March 16th, April 20st, May 18th, June 15th, July 20st, Aug 17th, Sept 21st and Nov 17th. Our annual meeting will be held October 25, 2023 at 6:30 with November 15th as a backup date for no quorum on the October meeting.
ACC Project Approval
Before work begins, please remember home improvement projects require approval through the Architectural Control Committee . Most interior projects do not require approval, but please verify work to be done if you have questions. It is the responsibility of the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) to approve all construction and development in the Estates of Shady Hollow. Their job is to ensure that plans meet the CC&R's.
If you are contemplating a change to your residence, take a look at the ACC FAQ's to get an understanding of what is expected by the ACC in your application for a change to the exterior of your dwelling or grounds. Please email email@example.com with a description and drawings if needed. Thanks.
New Management Company
We have switched HOA management companies. As of March 1, 2022, our new management company is RealManage. The month of March is a transition month, so please stay tuned for new residential portal access. In the meantime, please email the board at firstname.lastname@example.org for non-urgent issues. For urgent issues, RealManage Resident Service Center can be reach at 1-866-473-2573 from 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday.
RealManage CiraNet Residential Portal
The CiraNet Residential Portal is our tool for communications between the residential community and the management company. Through CiraNet, community residents have access to documents, invoices, communications, and payments. If you have not created an account on the residential portal you will need your homeowner account number that is on your statement. If you do not have your statement or account number, you can either email RealManage at email@example.com or call the customer service phone line at 866-473-2573 and request this information. Oak Wilt Assessment in Neighborhood
The Estates of Shady Hollow HOA Board has retained the services of Lakeway Tree Experts, LLC to perform an assessment of the neighborhood as a whole for signs and symptoms of Oak Wilt. The assessment is completed during the summer months each year with a report and maps provided to the board.
