Shady Hollow Board Meeting
1. In-Person Meeting: We are holding a meeting on Tuesday, February 3, at 7:00 PM. It is imperative that two-thirds of the neighborhood attends. Neighbors who cannot attend may complete a proxy form and email or hand-deliver it to a trusted neighbor or a board member.
2. Proxy Form: Please provide the proxy form from the attached packet as a separate, quick-download link on the site.
3. Final Meeting Packet: Due to an expedited legal review, previous versions contained errors. Please upload the corrected, final meeting packet to the website.
4. Online Voting: Emails should have been sent to residents with a code to use in the link. In case it is not clear what you are voting for, here's a snapshot of the proposed changes.
Based on feedback from the community, the board has updated the following amendments for the February 3rd meeting. We are only listing the changes, and the full language of the amendments can be found on Facebook, your email, and in documents the night of the meeting.
1. Bylaws amendments
- Require 51% of the Board, AND 51% of community members in the meeting.
2. ADU's and storage units - Maximum permissible roof height, (15ft)
- Clarified language for the number of buildings and sq footage.
- Projects require pre and post-construction inspections, to be sure the approved work scope was followed.
3. Short Term Rentals.
- Parking allows for 2 street parked cars for guests.
- Rental is for residential purposes only.
- 4 day rental minimum
4. Declaration Amendment Quorum - No changes
5. Board Term Amendment - No changes
